"NO CALL" List Complaint Form

TYPES OF CALLS ALLOWED BY THE OREGON "NO CALL" LAW:
1) Calls from public agencies or charitable organizations to which you belong, or to which you have previously donated or expressed an interest in making a donation;
2) You asked the company to call;
3) The caller is asking for your opinion or vote;
4) The call is from a business you have bought from in the past.
THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF CALLS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE "NO CALL" LAW:
5) Debt Collection calls;
6) Fax solicitations;
7) Business to business calls.
