Attorney General's New Executive Assistant Begins Work

Stephanie Soden has begun her tenure as Executive Assistant to Attorney General Hardy Myers. Soden is charged with handling media relations, legislative activities, policy development and managing constituent correspondence for the Oregon Department of Justice.

"I am pleased Stephanie has joined my team. Her experience in the legislative process, as a former lobbyist and staff for both the legislative and executive branches of government, as well as her familiarity in dealing with the news media, makes her a great fit," stated Myers. "I look forward to working with her," he added.

Soden succeeds Kevin Neely, who held the position since 2000. She can be reached at 503-378-6002.
