Press Advisory: AG KROGER TO ARGUE IMPORTANT DUII CASE BEFORE OREGON SUPREME COURT

December 16, 2009

What: Attorney General John Kroger will argue an important DUII case before the Oregon Supreme Court. The case is State of Oregon v. Thomas Gregory Machuca. The Oregon Court of Appeals opinion is available here. It is Kroger's first argument as Attorney General before the Oregon Supreme Court and his second appellate argument since becoming Attorney General in January.
